The scheduled community inspection was performed today by an employee of Keynote Realty, Inc. (our property management company) and and was assisted by volunteer Jay Marble, Community Board V.P.

Most homes were very well maintained, with well groomed yards and gardens.

We did, however, find a few homes in disrepair, messy lots, and illegally parked vehicles. We documented these violations and will address them with the homeowners.

Our next inspection will be on Tuesday, June 10th, 2014, and will include the water meter readings.
