Cincinnati

As some residents may have heard, Dennis and I have attended this year’s Community Leadership Institute (CLI) in Cincinnati, hosted by NeighborWorks and our lender, ROC-USA.

There was over a thousand people in attendance at this event, all of them community leaders (board members, homeowners association chair members, and housing committee leaders), as well as technical advisors, and others that make communities like ours possible.

We were able to attend several courses at this event, share experiences with other leaders, and we have many notes and ideas towards improving our community, but we also need help from our residents! We need your input!

We want to know your thoughts, your opinions, your ideas…. No idea will be considered a bad idea!

We would love to see people attend the annual meetings, and attend the board meetings.
