There is now a mailbox at on the door of the Community Office, located at #1 (near the Maple Avenue entrance).

This is for Application Forms (Pet, Exterior Improvement, etc.) and correspondence to the Community Board.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE RENT OR WATER BILL PAYMENTS IN THIS BOX. They will not be accepted.

All payments to Marilla Country Village, Inc. must be sent to Keynote Realty for processing. See the Contact Us page for mailing addresses. Community board volunteers are not bonded or insured to accept rent/bill payments directly.

Late/Legal Fees: Residents’ payments to this mailbox will not be accepted, and will be returned, either in person or via US mail. Residents will still be responsible for any and all late/legal fees due to late payment.

Keep your records: Marilla Country Village, Inc. is not responsible for lost articles placed in this mailbox.
